Valley Senior Housing consists of 12 one bedroom units located at 500 N. Parachute Ave in Parachute, Colorado. These units are available for low income senior (62+) and disabled residents. Must qualify for Rural Development rental assistance provided. Valley Senior Housing has one Project based voucher unit. Family must choose to live in the Valley Senior Housing development for at least one year.
All utilities except electric are included, coin-operated laundry, downtown location; located adjacent to the Valley Senior Center. Quiet, clean, friendly. Valley Senior Housing is a Smoke-Free Property.
Please Note: The only form of public transportation to Valley Senior Housing is the Parachute Area Transit System (PATS). For more information about this program, CLICK HERE. Pets are allowed at Valley Senior Housing with prior management approval and a pet deposit. No deposit will be required for companion or service animals.
