Annual Plans and Housing Studies
The GCHA Annual Plan is defined as a guide for the Housing Authority policies, programs, operations, and strategies to address local housing needs and goals for each year. The Housing study provides an understanding of the dynamics, interdependencies, and the “face” (with a regional workforce, resident, and employer survey) of regional housing needs.
